Dear Anesthesia History Association Member/Friend:

This year the Spring meeting will be held in Park Ridge, IL, with a pre-meeting tour of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture directed by our own Dr. Ted Smith and his wife, Susan Shipper. That night there will be a gala reception at the Wood Library-Museum with Patrick Sim and his staff (Karen Bieterman, Judith Robbins, and Carole Siragusa) conducting tours through the library and museum and the unveiling of the audio tours, thanks to the hard work of Dr. George Bause. The next day, Saturday, the AHA meeting will be held at The Westin O’Hare from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Enclosed are registration materials and tentative program for the AHA 2004 11^th Annual Spring Meeting to be held Friday, May 7 and Saturday, May 8, 2004, at The Westin O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois. Additional updates available at www.anes.uab.edu/aneshist/aha2004.htm.

Ø April 22, 2004: Registration at the Westin O’Hare at the meeting rate

Ø April 30, 2004: Registration deadline for AHA
