Annual Spring Meeting Programs

The 1999 meeting was held in Bristol, England, in conjunction with the History of Anaesthesia Society and papers published in HAS Proceedings, Volume 25, 1999.

No spring meeting was held in 2001.

The Waters 75th Anniversary conference in Madison, Wisconsin, in June 2002 served as the spring meeting for that year. Those proceedings have been published as Lucien E. Morris, Mark E. Schroeder, Mary Ellen Warner, eds. A Celebration of 75 Years Honoring Ralph Milton Waters, M.D., Mentor to a Profession. Wood Library-Museum of Anesthesiology, 2004.
